Barack x Coe College x Sloppy Station Forum

Looking for Confidence...?"If I didn't think I was the best president for the job, I wouldn't be running."
Looking for Leadership?
"Your next president will believe in the Constitution, which you can't say about your current president."
Looking for Faith and Values...?
"My faith informs my values... "Part of the reason I believe it's important to help those in need is because of my faith. But I am a strong believer that the founding fathers put separation of church and state in place for a reason. ... Not only to prevent the state from being taken over by one church and forcing people to worship in a particular way, but also to protect the church — or synagogue or mosque or temple — from undue influence by the government. And I think there have been times during this administration when maybe those lines have gotten blurred and made people with different faiths or no faith at all uncomfortable."
Looking for the Future...?
"Facebook, MySpace, Google might not have been started if you didn't have a level playing field for who has the best idea,"
Looking for the Next President??
"... The day I'm inaugurated the country will look at itself differently and I think be more tolerant."
During his forum in Iowa in front of students of Coe College (who., Mike Jones) and to millions of students via the sloppy station, Barack Obama made his point clear to those who are looking. Look no more. Barack not only commanded the audience, but he also engaged them. Bringing about a sense of hope, understanding and personal feel that's been out of touch with the current Prez. I mean, Barack did his thing. Don't get me wrong I like John Edwards, but this race (no pun intended) is not about him. He's like Ewing, Barkley, Stockton and Malone during the Jordan Era. Your not winning a ring. Among other races, he would've been a good, safe, quality pick. But not now.
And Hillary Clinton, that's my girl. I love a feisty, don't take shit, Independent woman. She's all about Business. To top it off (no pun intended) she's backed by my boy Bill. Me, Michael Jordan and Bill Clinton had our best years between 92-00. And I'm just thinking of all the white house parties that'll happen with slick Willie back in the crib. I mean, come on now, no one else would make a better First Man of the White House. Talk about role reversal, I could just imagine. Clinton in the White House all day...chillin, sleepin, on Myspace and Facebook (you didn't know he had a page?).
But Barack, made his case to students while on the sloppy station. And he was clear, truthful, even on the tougher questions. He fielded questions on Homosexuality, The Church, His Faith, Iraq, Iran and even Hillary. Listening to him answer those questions, he was not playing the fence, he gave clear answers that could (and should be) implemented (especially on Foreign Diplomacy).
During the speech his words did not speak of, "as your nominee", or "ifs". Questioning if he would be Hillary's Vice President, he gave my favorite answer. He was asked once and brushed it off. But when pressed on it, he looked into the camera with the, is Wayne Brady gonna have to choke a bitch look and said, "Because, as I said, I'm not running for Vice President, I'm running for President of the United States." ...and the audience got the point, and everyone clapped. Shit, I was in the house clapping. He was assertive throughout the forum and stated a lot of "when I'm inaugurated" and "as Your Next President". Shit, I thought he already WON.
His Swag is on point, his Education is unquestionable and he's for real. The only question I have is his experience. Given the right VP and cabinet, he can do his thing.
Oh, and when asked about his woman..."Nobody's that good looking."
He's a Double OG....Original Gentleman and an Original Gangsta

Topless Tuesday

Topless or not to Topless?
that is the question, for some people but not these two.
or

F the BCS
No, it’s not online poker, and it’s not even Madden ’08, where you keep on losing to that 12 year old kid from Boise on Xbox live (damn you, idahorox95!).
No, I’m talking about college football. A place where a little bit of whining will get you into the national title or a BCS bowl, and where you can play schedule filled with
Imagine if you combined a more popular sport with some type of playoff system or tournament. I understand football is a different type of game, and they can only play one game a week, but tell me what the fuck these kids are doing for those first three weeks of December besides Christmas shopping and throwing snowballs at little kids during fits of roid rage? You have 8 teams in the playoffs – the winner of each major conference and 2 at-large bids – play the second and third weeks of December, and play your championship game the first week of January. 7 playoff games means more money, more excitement, and a real champion! Tradition blows. It’s time for a change.

Halloween Ideas Parte Un
...sorry for the wait. This post is on the upcoming man made holiday aka Halloween. So I have a couple of ideas for anyone that wants to dress up without necessarily having a costume. So you aint got to sew a bed sheet to the back of your shirt to be Superman or Batman. Enough talk lets start with my first outfit and some info. Of course we all know the infamous Freddy Krueger Sweater, this one has been remixed by LRG
Now I chose those jeans for the fact that the print on them looks like dried blood on dark denim. The dunks that I included are the Freddy Krueger Dunks that are supposed to be released in November, but are rumored to be out in time for Halloween. I included both versions because it is said that one is GR(General Release) and one is SB(Skateboarding). I also heard a rumor from a source that these WILL NOT RELEASE due to trademark infringements and possible lawsuit brought on by Cinemax/New Line Cinema. They said it was told to them but a Nike Rep. I think its hearsay so I'm looking at it like they are coming out.
Next costume is Jason; hoody and jeans again by LRG
I chose the jeans for the hoody for the simple fact that it looks like chainsaw cut zippers on the jeans.
Next is Mike Myers for this you don't need to be creative just get some Dickies Coveralls, which you can buy almost anywhere. Then buy the blue or red packet of kool-aid and splash yourself, get white face, and rub some dirt on it and you good to go.
Now lets get some couples into this.
First couple is my boy and his girl. Marty McFly and Jennifer Parker from the Back to the Future Trilogy, pictured below.
This is the look we going for with Marty.
For Jennifer this is the look that we see in the picture above were going for a white buttoned shirt(collar popped), a lightweight vest, some color cords or twills, and some white high reebok classics.
Since we are on the topic of back to the future, I have a futuristic shoe that I would like to give a little info on.... They are made by Ato Matsumoto, they are super rare but of course I know where to get them. But I love the genius of design, I don't know if they are for most people but they are for people that think outside the box and who would do anything to be different.
Kanye has been seen on numerous occasions wearing them. They run for about $300-350 USD, but have only been released in Japan. There is no talk of a US release, which doesn't mean anything because there is always a way to get them.
