Barack x Coe College x Sloppy Station Forum

Looking for Confidence...?
"If I didn't think I was the best president for the job, I wouldn't be running."

Looking for Leadership?
"Your next president will believe in the Constitution, which you can't say about your current president."

Looking for Faith and Values...?
"My faith informs my values... "Part of the reason I believe it's important to help those in need is because of my faith. But I am a strong believer that the founding fathers put separation of church and state in place for a reason. ... Not only to prevent the state from being taken over by one church and forcing people to worship in a particular way, but also to protect the church — or synagogue or mosque or temple — from undue influence by the government. And I think there have been times during this administration when maybe those lines have gotten blurred and made people with different faiths or no faith at all uncomfortable."

Looking for the Future...?

"Facebook, MySpace, Google might not have been started if you didn't have a level playing field for who has the best idea,"

Looking for the Next President??

"... The day I'm inaugurated the country will look at itself differently and I think be more tolerant."

During his forum in Iowa in front of students of Coe College (who., Mike Jones) and to millions of students via the sloppy station, Barack Obama made his point clear to those who are looking. Look no more. Barack not only commanded the audience, but he also engaged them. Bringing about a sense of hope, understanding and personal feel that's been out of touch with the current Prez. I mean, Barack did his thing. Don't get me wrong I like John Edwards, but this race (no pun intended) is not about him. He's like Ewing, Barkley, Stockton and Malone during the Jordan Era. Your not winning a ring. Among other races, he would've been a good, safe, quality pick. But not now.

And Hillary Clinton, that's my girl. I love a feisty, don't take shit, Independent woman. She's all about Business. To top it off (no pun intended) she's backed by my boy Bill. Me, Michael Jordan and Bill Clinton had our best years between 92-00. And I'm just thinking of all the white house parties that'll happen with slick Willie back in the crib. I mean, come on now, no one else would make a better First Man of the White House. Talk about role reversal, I could just imagine. Clinton in the White House all day...chillin, sleepin, on Myspace and Facebook (you didn't know he had a page?).

But Barack, made his case to students while on the sloppy station. And he was clear, truthful, even on the tougher questions. He fielded questions on Homosexuality, The Church, His Faith, Iraq, Iran and even Hillary. Listening to him answer those questions, he was not playing the fence, he gave clear answers that could (and should be) implemented (especially on Foreign Diplomacy).

During the speech his words did not speak of, "as your nominee", or "ifs". Questioning if he would be Hillary's Vice President, he gave my favorite answer. He was asked once and brushed it off. But when pressed on it, he looked into the camera with the, is Wayne Brady gonna have to choke a bitch look and said, "Because, as I said, I'm not running for Vice President, I'm running for President of the United States." ...and the audience got the point, and everyone clapped. Shit, I was in the house clapping. He was assertive throughout the forum and stated a lot of "when I'm inaugurated" and "as Your Next President". Shit, I thought he already WON.

His Swag is on point, his Education is unquestionable and he's for real. The only question I have is his experience. Given the right VP and cabinet, he can do his thing.

Oh, and when asked about his woman..."Nobody's that good looking."

He's a Double OG....Original Gentleman and an Original Gangsta

Obama we waiting to have a live, interactive, interview with you.?$?$?$
